Flu season is here again and everyone needs to know what to do

  • Stop eating sugar.  1 gram of sugar decreases the immune system for 6 hours.
  • Get plenty of rest.
  • Shower 3 minutes hot 30 seconds cold each morning.

The Kimberly-Clark company makes a face mask, the Surgical N-95, that protects against airborne disease transmission.

For prevention you can take:  Ultimate Viral Defense: 1 tablet a day.

I do not recommend Flu shots at this time.

If you get exposed to flu:

  • Vitamin C: 1000mgs three times a day.
  • Ultimate Defense: 1 capsule two times a day.
  • Shower 3 minutes hot 30 seconds cold 3 times in a row and end on cold.
  • If you get the flu:

May need to come see me.

  • Vitamin C:  2000mgs three times a day.
  • Ultimate Defense: 2 capsules three times a day.

If you have a fever already no need to do this one.  If you are cold then:

Take a hot bath, hot as you can stand it, for 5 minutes.  Then wrap up in towels and blankets and sweat for 40+ minutes.  Or sauna, hot tub, anything that raises your body temperature kills viruses.
